Recall of Rep. Paul Scott Back On

The recall of Representative Paul Scott can proceed after the Michigan Supreme Court reversed a lower courts ruling. According to Mlive, Genesee County Clerk Michael Carr said he was sent a copy of the ruling this morning and believes the decision was made yesterday. Carr said "it shouldn't be too big a problem." Out of concerns this could happen, his office had not yet ordered local election officials to start crossing the recall petition off the ballot.
