The Flint School of Performing Arts (FSPA) has announced the hiring of Christopher Hall as the new conductor of the Flint Youth Wind Ensemble. Hall is a 1991 graduate of Flint Central High School, and alumnus of the FSPA, having performed with the Flint Youth Symphony Orchestra and Flint Youth Wind Ensemble
