His urn will ride up front in the car this week so he can be there for the big moment.

Mt. Morris resident and Flint native Frederick Waldron received a very special gift for Father's Day in 2016 - his wife Mae gave him a 1957 Studebaker. Not only was he excited about the car, but he was equally as excited to enter it into Back to the Bricks.

He started working on the car to get it into show condition...and then passed of a heart attack, in the passenger seat, on I-75 in February.

He and his wife had fostered over 400 kids and adopted 25 so, needless to say, there are a LOT of people who miss him.

His family has entered his car into the show and you can see it this Saturday downtown...and he'll be in the front seat for it.

I'm not crying, YOU'RE crying!
