Aldi Confirms New Store Coming To Grand Blanc

Some pretty exciting news this week was confirmed especially for those of us that live in Grand Blanc. It looks like MC Sports on Saginaw Street will no longer sit vacant as Aldi grocery store will open at the former site this fall.

According to ABC12 & Township Supervisor Scott Bennett, they're going to have to expand the building a bit so that's why it's going to take them a couple of months before they can open because they've gotta do some major work. Actually, it's going to take longer than a couple of months since it won't be opening until the fall.

Now, I've personally never shopped at Aldi but I've heard good things and I like the idea of having more shopping options so close to home. Hell, it's ranked in the top 5 grocery stores in the country so I'm down with the new addition to Grand Blanc.
