AJ’s Animals: Meet Cleo at Genesee County Animal Control

Ladies and gentlemen, meet Cleo, one of our volunteer favorites. She's the perfect size and disposition; she is a slender mixed breed girl. She appears to be lab-mix; she's only about 45 lbs and that’s good because she will get right in your lap. The team at Genesee County Animal Control describes her as an "affectionate girl that will be a great member of any family size."
✅About 2 years old and very playful. She is confused at the shelter so we did have her go to a foster home to help her know it’s okay and readjust being in a home again.
✅Must provide toys, yummy food, and a face to kiss. She even loves being around other dogs and kids!
✅A very photogenic girl so you can expect her to be by your side during those family holiday pictures.
The shelter does require a meet and greet if you have other dogs; they do NOT cat test our dogs anymore so we do suggest a very slow and proper introduction.
Cleo is already fixed, vaccinated, and ready to go to her furrrever home. Will it be YOUR home?
* Hours at GCAC are Tues-Fri 12-5 and Sat 10-1 for adoptions and you must make an appointment.
