Crime Stoppers of Michigan announced they are offering up to $2,500 for information that leads to an arrest in a cold case from 1973. At an afternoon press conference, the family of Henry Baltimore spoke. Baltimore was a drum major at Michigan State in 1973 and disappeared before he was set to testify against a Flint man who had pistol whipped and robbed him in his apartment. His family is seeking closure. In addition to the $2,500 from Crime Stoppers, the city of East Lansing and Michigan State are also contributing $5,000 in reward money. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
