Remember that old saying: "The most valuable thing you can buy is land because God isn't making anymore".  Or something like that.  At any rate, you've got a chance to own some previously unavailable land and you just may get it for a steal.

According to an article on wlns.com, the Department of Natural Resources has designated eighty-one individual land parcels in Michigan that will be available for sale by sealed-bid auction from Tuesday December 11th to January 19, 2019.  The surplus land parcels in question are in both lower and upper Michigan and range in size from less than an acre to 160 acres.  So I guess it depends on what you're looking for and what the location happens to be.  For instance, what if some of this land is waterfront?  But the really tempting part is the fact that it's an auction with sealed bids.  Who knows, you could get a really cool piece of land for an incredible price.  Good luck.  For more information click HERE.
