The website Road Snacks crunched the data, taking into account the number of violent crimes like murders, rapes, carjackings, and, armed robberies as well as the number of crimes against properties. Data from the recently-released 2020 'Crime in the United States' report issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation was used to compile the numbers.
