Somebody Stole an Ambulance from McLaren Last Night & Crashed It

Welp, I can tell you where I wasn't last night.

STAT EMS posted on their Facebook page this morning that they are down one ambulance...because somebody stole it and then crashed it in Flint.

Just after midnight, STAT paramedics had just arrived at McLaren hospital with a patient. When they came back out to the ambulance, which had been parked out front, it was gone.

A tracking location on the ambulance reported its location to Flint police, which led to a chase. The ambulance eventually crashed, and the suspect was taken to the hospital. No STAT EMS staff were injured.
