People Are Breaking Into Flint Rentals Renovated by Reality Show

This is why we can't have nice things.

Gebrael Management, the company that has been busy renovating rental homes in Flint for the reality show Just Renting, has reported that many of the finished homes have been burglarized since completion.

Eleven break-ins have been reported with about $10,000 in losses. The thieves are breaking in around 3 AM through the backside of the houses and stealing items like water heaters, furnaces and other appliances. It's particularly dangerous because they are exposing gas lines.

The management company is afraid that their west coast partners will pull out of the project. Flint Police are investigating.
