A little more than a year after his passing, Alex Trebek's beautiful home in Studio City, California is on the market.

* UPDATE 3/8 * Various news outlets are reporting that a buyer has entered into a contract to purchase Trebek's Studio City home for an agreed price of $7 million. Keep reading to see pictures from inside the home.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Trebek purchased the home in 1991 for $2.15 million. He had the reputation of being a do-it-yourself guru and supposedly played a big part in many renovations that have been done to the house over the last 30 years. Who is the Real Estate Agent?

The Trebeks are keeping it all in the family as daughter Emily Trebek is the real estate agent on record, listing the sprawling 1.5 acre estate through her company, Compass.

The home was built almost 100 years ago and boasts almost 10,000 square feet of living space.

How Many Bedrooms and Bathrooms?

According to the listing, the main house has "four generously-sized bedrooms" and nine bathrooms. There are also four fireplaces, a wet bar, a home theater, and two dining rooms - one formal, one a little more casual.

There's also a guest house with one bedroom and one-and-a-half bathrooms.
