
Michigan State Police, Other Law Enforcement Agencies Boosting Drunk Driving Patrols
The Michigan State Police have announced they, along with law enforcement from 144 agencies in 26 counties, will boost their drunk driving patrols.The crackdown, which will run through April 7, includes St. Patrick's Day, the NCAA basketball tournaments and spring break. The effort is being coordinated by the Michigan Office of Highway Safety Planning and is paid for by federal funds.
