Local Animal Rescue to Hold Dog Walk this Weekend

PAWS Animal Rescue will hold a “woof walk” this weekend. Pets Are Worth Saving will hold the dog walk and fun fest this Saturday, June 14 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Flint Township Park & Trails located at 5200 Norko Drive between Linden and Dye Roads. Along with adoptions all day, there will be a one-mile paved walk with water stations where you can walk with your dog or a shelter dog. There will also be K-9 & Pet CPR Demos, Contests including biggest/smallest dog, best dressed/best trick and more.
