Judge Rules Flint Water Rate Hike Was Illegal [Video]

A judge has ruled a water rate hike by the City of Flint illegal.

According to ABC 12, a judge heard testimony on Friday in a suit filed against the city claiming the rates were wrongfully raised back in 2011. Two water customers had sued the city saying the rates were wrongly raised. The judge ruled the water rate hike was indeed illegal and it could now cost Flint millions.
