Burton Business Makes Shirts for Cancer Patients in Treatment
Never hurts to give people blunt instructions but it CAN hurt to get a hug.
You learn something new every day and this weekend, I learned that cancer patients who are going through treatment can experience pain from the sympathetic touch of another person.
Masterpiece Mongramming (who was featured on Work Pets of Genesee County in May posted on their Facebook page yesterday that they made a shirt for a woman who is fighting breast cancer. The shirt was for her daughter's bridal shower; hugs can be very painful for her so the shirt says "No Hugs, Please. Miracle in the Making."
They're offering the design to all of their customers with any color ribbon that represents your cancer fight. Love the folks at MM!
