Do you eat fast food a lot? Or get takeout all the time? Fox News has listed examples of ways to still continue eating fast food and takeout, but make it healthier.

For example: If you typically order a deep dish pizza with cheese, sausage and green peppers, a way to make that healthier is to order a thin crust pizza. Then supplement your meal with a bowl of fiber packed minestrone soup. An even better way to eat pizza is to go light on the cheese and order with grilled chicken on top. You'll still get the protein but save on fat and calories.
