Michigan Governor Rick Snyder will deliver his fourth State of the State address at 7 p.m. tonight. Some of the topics expected to be discussed in the speech include: additional funding for improving Michigan roads, reforming no-fault auto insurance, improving mental health services and expanding the Educational Achievement Authority for low-performing school districts.
