Three people have been arrested in the connection to the death of an MSU student who was found unresponsive on the side of I-69 this month.

According to WNEM, two adults and a juvenile are behind bars and could face murder and drug charges as early as today. Authorities say the suspects were found with illegal drugs when their apartment was raided.

Nineteen-year-old Dustin Frolka of Owosso was found unresponsive, partially clothed and in respiratory distress . He reportedly had a drug known for causing hallucinations in his system and police are awaiting toxicology results to determine the exact cause of death.
