The Abandoned Ramada Inn On Pierson Road In Flint Is Coming Down
The Ramada Inn has sat empty since 2006, but thanks to a $250,000 grant, it will be demolished soon.
The money comes as part of blight elimination project from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.
The total cost to bring the building down will be close to $1 Million, so the extra grant money is much needed.
Every time I drive by the old 'Haunted Hotel' (that's what my family and I jokingly call it), I wonder why it's still standing.
It's good to see that an unusable eyesore will soon be gone from Flint.
