Southbound I-75 Shutdown Due to Slick Conditions
Update: As of 8:30 a.m., I-75 has reopened to traffic.
The cold temperatures combined with a light drizzle have caused icy conditions on the roads and police are on the scene of multiple accidents.
According to WNEM, southbound I-75 has been shut down at Dixie Highway in south Genesee County. Traffic there is being re-routed onto Dixie Highway.
WNEM also says there have been quite a few accidents in Saginaw County along southbound I-75.
