Pistons Slide Into The Playoffs As The Eight Seed
The Detroit Pistons locked their first playoff appearance since 2016 last night with a win over the Knicks.
The Pistons managed to finish the season with an even 41-41 record which will land them the eight seed in the playoffs. This is a double edged celebration though considering their first round opponent.
The Pistons can thank Luke Kennard for the win last night. He had a career night when the Pistons needed him most. Blake Griffin has been banged up, and Detroit needed a spark off the bench.
The big question now is will Griffin be healthy enough to help the Pistons compete with the Bucks? If the past is any indicator, things do not look good for the Pistons.
In the previous four regular season matchups, the Bucks have beaten the Pistons in all four games.
I guess most Pistons fans will have to rely on the fact that anything can happen in sports. Check out the playoff schedule below.
