Mid-Michigan Splash Pad Closed Due To Vandalism [VIDEO]

The city of Owosso has to close a splash pad until they can fix some problems caused by vandalism.

This photo was posted on the city's Facebook page on Wednesday.

NBC 25 News is reporting that the North splash pad will be out of service until the city can get the parts to repair the activation switch.
