Michigan Man Arrested After Cops Find More Than 200 Marijuana Plants During Traffic Stop
Police discovered the plants after a traffic stop. Barnaby now faces up to one year in jail.
A Ludington, MI man will likely face jail time after police discovered more than 200 marijuana plants in his vehicle.
Joshua Paul Barnaby plead guilty to manufacturing marijuana and intent to deliver after police searched his vehicle and found the plants. Mason County Prosecutor Paul Spaniola says he will recommend a sentence of one year in jail for the offense.
Barnaby was pulled over on I-196 on Tuesday, April 4th by a Michigan State Police officer for a traffic violation. Barnaby had items in his possession that led to officers obtaining a search warrant and finding the marijuana.
Barnaby will be officially sentenced on May 30th.
