MDOT Closes Lane on I-69 Near Flint to Repair Damage from Storms

The Michigan Department of Transportation says they have closed a lane on eastbound I-69 to repair damage from Monday's storms.

A temporary retaining wall used to support the soil under the new lanes of westbound I-69 was washed out due to the heavy rainfall. MDOT says the repairs are expected to take up to five days and that drivers should expect additional delays and seek alternate routes.
