Lanes on Genesee Road Shut Down for Water Main Inspection

Two northbound lanes of Genesee Road between Richfield and Carpenter roads will be closed while water crews inspect a 72" water main beginning this morning.

The southbound lanes, along this stretch of road, will be converted to accommodate one lane each of north and south traffic.

During the inspection, crews will shut down the 72" water main which could result in lower then normal water pressure levels for some residents. The inspection of the water main is expected to be completed by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 9.
