Independent Audit of Genesee County Register of Deeds Office Under Way

An audit of the Genesee County Register of Deeds Automation Fund is now underway, and is expected to take approximately three weeks to conclude.  Genesee County Clerk, John Gleason, who oversees the Register of Deeds office, called for the independent audit.  He joined me Thursday, July 23rd, along with Chairmen of the Genesee County Board of Commissioners, Jamie Curtis, to discuss the proposed audit.  The interview begins at the :35 second mark below:
