
Genesee Township Man Dies in Single Car Accident
A 29-year-old man from Genesee Township died when the car he was driving rolled over after leaving the road, according to police.
Mlive reports that police said the man was traveling at a high rate of speed shortly before 3 a.m. heading westbound on Carpenter Road near Center Road when he lost control, went off the road and flipped.
The name of the man, who was pronounced dead at the scene, has yet to be released. No others were in the vehicle.
Police said that alcohol doesn't appear to be a factor. The accident remains under investigation.
