Flint Police Investigating Possible Child Abuse Case

Flint Police are investigating a possible case of child abuse after being made aware of a video through social media. The video shows what appears to be a woman hitting a belt multiple times.

According to the Flint Police, two individuals - a man and a woman - are in custody with the incident. Both Flint Police and Child Protective Services are still investigating. The Flint Police are also asking the the public not to share the video or post it to Facebook.
