Flint Emergency Manager Presents Progress Report for City [Video]

Emergency Manager Darnell Earley has submitted his latest quarterly report for the financially troubled City of Flint to the state. Earley, chose to pass on presenting the latest report to Flint City Council, instead having Mayor Dayne Walling do it. Earley, who has been stressing cooperation for city leaders, has been emergency manager for nearly a year and under Michigan law has 18 months to his appointment.
