At their meeting Monday night, the Flint City Council took up the issue of medical marijuana. According to ABC 12, Councilman Sheldon Neely said the council talked about new rules to regulate how medical marijuana dispensaries operate within the city of Flint. There has been a moratorium on dispensaries for the past few years, however, a revised ordinance was introduced at Monday night's meeting. The public will have a chance to comment when the issue is discussed again at next month's council meeting.
