Employees at a Dominos store in Flint are saying that police were a no show during a recent assault.

According to WNEM, the incident took place at the Dominos Pizza on Ballenger Highway in Flint. A woman who was unsatisfied with an order the week before came to the store and tried to get the money back from the $97 order. The store manager said she was unable to do so due to company policy and it cause the situation to escalate. The store manager says she called 911 multiple times but was told no officers were available. A store employee followed the customer out to her vehicle to get a license plate number to file a police report and was assaulted.

Flint City Spokesperson Jason Lorenz told TV5 that Flint Police Chief James Tolbert is looking into the incident.
