Proposed Genesee County Casino Could Create 700 Jobs

A proposed casino from the Bay Mills Indian Community could be a benefit to the economy in Genesee County by the creation of 700 new jobs.

According to Mlive, the new casino's plans are to be unveiled at the October 3rd meeting of the Flint Township Board of Trustees.

The proposed casino would be built on 28 acres of land that the tribe owns here near the northeast corner of Lennon and Dutcher roads.
