A proposed bill would allow Michigan police to track cell phone location information without a warrant in case of an emergency.

The bill is being run through legislation now, but it's future is still unsure.  This is a revised version of a similar bill that was shot down two years ago.

The bill is officially called the 'Kelsey Smith Bill'. She was a young girl from Kansas who was abducted an eventually murdered.

The idea behind the bill is very useful for police in cases where people may suddenly go missing, but some people are worried about their privacy.

Do you think the potential, life saving benefits outweigh the possible privacy infringement?
