The two candidates for mayor of Flint squared off last night in a forum put on by the Genesee County Democratic Black Caucus. Mayor Dayne Walling and challenger Darryl Buchanan faced questions on issues such as public safety and the budget.

According to Mlive, both candidates got their shots in against one another and both spoke of their plans for the city.

About 160 people turned out for the forum. The election is November 8th.
