Flint's Emergency Manager Michael Brown (rescheduled from Monday) will talk about the city budget and public safety initiatives for Flint beginning at 6 p.m. Thursday on The Tom Sumner Program. Plus art dealer Michael Findlay talks about his new book "The Value of Art" and author/lecturer/historian Daniel Allen Butler talks about the sinking of the Lusitania and Titanic. Lapeer native Butler lives in Los Angeles and has written eight books of maritime and military history including his New York Times best seller "Unsinkable."
