Governor Appoints Mike Brown as City of Flint Emergency Manager
After announcing the appointment of an Emergency Manager for the City of Hamtramck, Governor Rick Snyder turned his attention to Flint. The governor announced that Mike Brown will replace Ed Kurtz who is retiring.
