Why is it that Flint always seems to make national news when there's something wrong?  Never mind, don't answer that.  Well, it's happened again.  Fox New has the story up at their website. For the time being, if you're arrested in Flint, chances are you're not going to jail, you're getting an appearance ticket with the request to please show up at court in the near future....
