Tempers flared as Flint City Councilman Eric Mays rode Robert’s rules of order for just under an hour before a vote was taken on a special order he proposed at last night’s Council meeting to offer an alternative to the long-term Flint water proposal presented by the Mayor and pushed by the state.

"...I will continue drinking Flint water at work and at home for at least 30 days."

Creed director Ryan Coogler, director Ava DuVernay, comedian Hannibal Buress, Grey's Anatomy actor Jesse Williams and others came to Flint last night to raise money for the water crisis.

A large part of Flint is under a boil water advisory after a major water main break in the city.
