Health officials are warning residents to avoid contact with the Flint River after more than 11 million gallons of stormwater and partially treated sewage were discharged over the weekend.

Flint is no stranger to water issues, but if you've been driving around lately and seeing water spewing out of the gutter, well that wasn't the only spot. Luckily no boil water advisory was issued and it looks like it was just a water pressure issue that local engineers were able to eventually point out...

Tempers flared as Flint City Councilman Eric Mays rode Robert’s rules of order for just under an hour before a vote was taken on a special order he proposed at last night’s Council meeting to offer an alternative to the long-term Flint water proposal presented by the Mayor and pushed by the state.

"...I will continue drinking Flint water at work and at home for at least 30 days."

Creed director Ryan Coogler, director Ava DuVernay, comedian Hannibal Buress, Grey's Anatomy actor Jesse Williams and others came to Flint last night to raise money for the water crisis.

A large part of Flint is under a boil water advisory after a major water main break in the city.

In the latest development in the Flint Water Crisis, more emails reveal that the State of Michigan was sending bottled water to a state building in Flint way back in January of 2015.

Officials have identified at least 200 kids in Flint with elevated blood lead levels due to the Flint Water Crisis. Governor Snyder formed the Flint Water Interagency Coordinating Committee to work on the problem.

The founder of Craigslist, Craig Newmark, lived in Michigan for nearly 10 years, and has decided to help out with the Flint Water Crisis.
