Welp, that's a great reason to pull the beef from restaurants.

Let's be honest - we should just be glad that ANY fast food chain has quality control.

It was announced over the weekend that Taco Bell had instructed some restaurants in Michigan, Kentucky and Ohio to pull the seasoned beef over "quality concerns." A list of restaurants affected was not released, but some people had called the local news stations to report which restaurants weren't serving beef.

Now, we're finding out what those "quality concerns" really were - the US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service said that the beef "may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically metal shavings."

The beef should've been pulled already and no adverse effects have been reported.
