Republican Candidates for U.S. Senate to Visit Armchair Politics at White Horse
Two of the four candidates in the Republican primary to face U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow (D) in the November election will answer questions from a media panel during a live broadcast Monday, July 16th.
"This is a great opportunity to meet the candidates - and see Armchair Politics LIVE at the The White Horse," said Tom Sumner, host of The Tom Sumner Program.
All four Republicans competing in the August 7 primary to face Stabenow were invited according to Sumner. Clark Durant and Gary Glenn are confirmed, but Pete Hoekstra and Randy Hekman declined citing other commitments.
Armchair Politics is a weekly round-table political discussion with Democrat John Cherry (former Lt. Governor), Republican Charles Mueller (long time State Representative) and cynic Barry Simon (Builders Association) that broadcasts on Mondays from The White Horse during The Tom Sumner Program on WFNT 1470. A one-hour post forum analysis will feature the regular Armchair Politics pundits from 8-9 p.m.
