MDOT is scheduling nighttime ramp closures this week to allow for milling and paving on I-75. The ramp closures will happen late at night - beginning at 9 p.m. and ending the next morning at 6 a.m. - to limit the impact on traffic and to increase safety for motorists and workers.

For Wednesday, June 4:

  • The northbound I-75 to eastbound I-69 ramp will be closed. The detour route will be the Bristol Road exit east to Van Slyke Road, then north to 12th Street, east to Hammerberg Road and north to eastbound I-69.
  • The northbound I-75 to westbound I-69 ramp will also be closed. The detour route will be Bristol Road exit west to westbound I-69.

For Thursday, June 5:

  • The eastbound I-69 to northbound I-75 ramp will be closed. The detour will be to continue eastbound I-69 to northbound I-475, then to northbound I-75.
  • The westbound I-69 to northbound I-75 ramp will be closed. The detour will be taking the ramp to northbound I-75 and exit on the right to Miller Road and then after the signal, taking the ramp to northbound I-75.
  • The northbound I-75 to Miller Road ramp will be closed with the detour continuing on northbound I-75 to the M-21 (Corunna Road) exit, then head west to southbound I-75 to Miller Road.

For Saturday, June 7:

  • The Miller Road to northbound I-75 ramp will be closed with the detour of taking the ramp to southbound I-75, exiting on Bristol Road then heading east to the ramp to the ramp to northbound I-75.
  • The northbound I-75 to M-21 ramp will be closed with the detour continuing on northbound I-75 to the Pierson Road exit, heading west to the ramp to southbound I-75 and continuing south to M-21.
  • The M-21 to northbound I-75 ramp will be closed with a detour of taking the I-75 southbound ramp to Miller Road then heading east to the ramp to northbound I-75.
