More Than 13,000 Veterans Opt for Special Driver’s License

According to Michigan Secretary of State Ruth Johnson, more than 13,000 veterans have opted for a special designation on driver's licenses and state ID's since they began being offered in May. The optional special license gives veterans an easy way to prove their status to receive discounts from businesses across Michigan.
