Minimum wage in Michigan has been increasing for a few years now, and it goes up again next month. Minimum wage has been on the rise since 2014, increasing slowly over three years. This will be the last increase, for now, bringing minimum wage in Michigan from $8.90 to $9.25 an hour.

Once we ring in 2019, Michigan's minimum wage will increase with inflation each year. That is unless the unemployment rate is too high.
