As the saga continues we've come to the question of driving under the influence of marijuana and what, if any, the legal limit should be.  I have to be honest, when my kids became old enough to drive I began to think that I'd rather have them be high on weed than drunk.  Ya know, the lesser of 2 evils and theoretically less impairment.  Well now we have the element of edibles that can result in too much THC and cause even worse consequences.  Which brings us to the question of limits.

According to a story on wilx.com, a new report suggests we don't put any limit on the amount of THC in the blood stream.  You see, since there is no measurable blood level at which a driver is deemed to be "under the influence" of marijuana, police in Michigan will have to prove the driver is impaired the old fashioned way.  Get more of the story by clicking HERE.
