Traverse City Cherry Festival Brings Big Names to the Stage & the Sky
A Pure Michigan summer staple is back for its 97th year and is expected to be bigger and better than ever. The National Cherry Festival in Traverse City is just around the corner and the highlight of summer has some pretty big names set to take to the skies as well as the Pepsi Bay Side Music Stage.
One of the biggest summer events in Michigan, as well as the Midwest, is set to run from July 1 to July 8, 2023, in beautiful downtown Traverse City. This year's attendees will be entertained by some of the biggest musical and comedic acts around as well as one of the most legendary flight teams in the world.

Headlining performances for this year's festival have something for everyone's taste including comedy. Flo Rida will kick things off on Saturday, July 2nd followed by rock legend Night Ranger with special guest special guest Stephen Pearcy’s Ratt. The 4th of July will see Theory of a Deadman and Skillet on the Pepsi Bayside Music Stage. The following other shows will round out the 2023 festival;

July 6: Jordan Davis with Tyler Booth
July 7: Chicago
July 8: Jeff Foxworthy & Larry The Cable Guy
If music isn't your thing, then look to the sky! The United States Air Force Thunderbirds with take to the skies for a performance at the National Cherry Festival's Air Show on July 1 & July 2. Festival fans can enjoy the free airshow from the Traverse City Beaches along West Grand Traverse Bay as the U.S.A.F. Thunderbirds take to the sky.
