12 Years of Free Summer Fun in Flint

Hosted by Communities First, Inc., the series turns downtown into an open-air movie theater, with each monthly event featuring free admission, family activities, and community engagement. Festivities begin before sundown and include food, games, giveaways, and plenty of fun for kids and adults alike.

What’s Playing This Summer?

This year’s movie lineup features:

  • July 11 – Inside Out 2

  • August 1 – Toy Story

  • September 5 – The Wild Robot

And there’s more than just movies. At the August 1st event, Movies Under the Stars joins forces with the Levitt AMP Flint Music Series, welcoming Chambers DesLauriers—a powerhouse duo made up of Grammy-nominated soul vocalist Annika Chambers and blues-rock guitarist Paul DesLauriers.
