What is the Battle Creek Cereal Festival?
Starting in 1956, the Battle Creek Cereal Festival celebrates our beloved cereals and their beloved mascots. So many of our favorites will once again be there this year, from Toucan Sam and Sugar Bear, to Tony the Tiger, Snap, Crackle, and even Pop! Many others have been seen in the past, including Fred, Barney and Dino from Post's Pebbles brand.
This year, the event happens in June with the parade through downtown on Friday the 13th at 6:30pm, then the festival runs all day on on Saturday the 14th. You can link up to their Facebook page by clicking here.
