Electric Forest 2023 will take place June 22-25 in Rothbury, Michigan. The announcement came earlier this week along with the announcement of ticket prices.

This should be a time when fans are losing their minds over the announcement, instead, they're losing their minds over high ticket prices.

There are a variety of different packages that range from $485 to $8,239.00. The thing that's really got people fired up is the first-time parking fee which is $75. Even if you buy an $895 package, you still have to pay an additional $75 for parking.

Festival goers went to social media to express their disappointment in the festival.

Here's a look at some of the comments from Electric Forest's Facebook page:

Yea set your alarms rich people! Only ones that can afford to buy that sh*t early or even at all!!! Bye forest! Thanks for fu**in over the common forest wookie!

Jeez, what's with the price jump? They made the camping spots smaller last year and now the price is jacked up? What next, you only get a space big enough for your car or you have to pay more?
When Electric Forest is more expensive than Coachella
the ticket prices are absolutely ridiculous. Why go all greedy? Forest was a special place, now it seems like a money grab. #heartbroken
Over $500 for GA and a $75 required parking pass??? Y’all can’t be serious
dude whatttttt the f**k  they've never had car passes in the past either, this list of ticket pricing is absurd

I've never been to Electric Forest and I'm not sure what people have paid in the past. I'm strictly going on what people have been saying in the comments. Regardless, those ticket prices are insane.
