Saginaw Dairy Queen Announces Opening Date

The wait is almost over - an opening date for the new Dairy Queen in Saginaw has been announced.

From the classic DQ Blizzard to burgers, fries, chicken, ice cream, and plenty more, Dairy Queen has a little something for just about everyone. Whether you are heading there for lunch, dinner, or just because you are craving a tasty treat, there are plenty of options to choose from.

When is the new DQ opening in Saginaw?

Opening day is Monday, October 5th, 2026. An exact opening time has not been announced yet, but Dairy Queen locations traditionally open between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM.

Where is the new Dairy Queen in Saginaw located?

The new DQ is located in front of Meijer at 3402 Tittabawassee Road, 48604.

Judging by the reaction on social media to the grand opening announcement, it appears  Saginaw County residents are pretty excited to have a brand-new Dairy Queen location coming to the area.

I did read quite a few comments about the chicken tenders at DQ, and I have to admit, I have never tried them myself. But boy, people sure seem to love them and are absolutely raving about those chicken tenders.

My usual order at Dairy Queen, more often than not, is a chocolate sundae with small fries on the side to dip into the ice cream. Does anyone else do this? Try it for yourself on opening day - you will be glad you did.
