As reported by WNEM, the announcement about Chick-fil-A's arrival was made by the Saginaw Township Business Association on Tuesday, November 21. The forthcoming fast-food establishment is set to be built on Tittabawassee Road, next to Creation Coffee.

While the Saginaw Township Business Association recently made the announcement, it appears that the plans are still in the early stages and not yet 100% confirmed by the company, as indicated in their statement below.

Chick-fil-A:

While we are still early in the process, Chick-fil-A is happy to share that we are actively pursuing a new location in Saginaw Township. We look forward to working through the approval process with the city of Saginaw and are excited by the prospect of joining this neighborhood. Each locally owned and operated restaurant creates 80 to 120 jobs in the area. We hope to have the opportunity to serve new guests delicious food in an environment of genuine hospitality.

If you're still craving your Chick-fil-A fix and can't wait for the Saginaw location to open, you'll have to make your way to Flint Township. That's where the nearest Chick-fil-A is located. However, even though it has been open since September, expect long lines at the drive-thru.
